Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
schedule client calls/meetings; proactively manage the calendar with superior judgment Client and Sales Cycle Management:
utilize checklists, client service model, cycle tracking and follow-up Paperwork & Business Processing:
prepare and process in a timely manner, track status and move along to next steps Electronic input of Applications Data Management Tool:
utilize Salesforce system for tracking all areas of role and responsibilities Tasks & To-do Lists:
detailed tracking and practical application with extreme organization Communication with Team:
daily items needed from team (those you will be assisting), status of business processing, miscellaneous pending items, call lists, follow-up on various items, etc.
Communication with Other Departments Outside of Team:
items needed and status updates Licensing & Carrier Registration:
track and maintain up-to-date state licenses, carrier appointments, Errors and Omission insurance, and various product training for representatives on team Client Service Needs:
assist with various client correspondence to ensure timely responses to client questions and concerns Other Administrative Assistance:
answer phones, filing, copying, scanning, faxing, typing correspondence, some personal appointments and scheduling Requirements:
