The Account Director keeps team members informed, engaged, on point and committed to providing the highest level of service while effectively managing budgets and costs.
Core Duties and Responsibilities include:
Functions as principle contact with client relative to development and execution of marketing programs and activities.
Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of marketing trends, current and emerging, and the ability to translate those trends into creative and manageable solutions Leads internal team as well as client team with vision, ethics and practical approaches to market challenges and brand portrayal; is an exemplary leader as well as team member Demonstrate competency as category expert and business strategist Responsible for expanding relationship with client, stimulate agency innovation and manage the internal team and client P&L Responsible for the development of SOWs Participate in New prospect opportunity presentations and proposals - manage the RFP Manage revenue and profitability on projects Monitor staff utilization Secures and administers standard contract Acts as an active member of project teams with Account Executive, Project Manager, Design etc.
, leads kick-off and status meetings, ensuring effective communication of timelines, deadlines, deliverables and pertinent details Monitors show floor activity to ensure compliance with project plan Functions as on-site producer at shows Manages client files Facilitates Client viewings Independently manages house accounts Required
Qualifications:
AS in Marketing or equivalent experience Minimum of 5 year trade show, exhibit, events or related experience Additional

Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedure Proven ability to uncover, understand, translate and communicate market trends and conditions Proven ability to work independently, make sound and measured decisions which benefit both the client and the Company.
Strong selling skills; proven ability to upsell PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web, HubSpot Excellent communication , organizational and time management skills Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and effectively problem solve Exemplary customer service skills Business acumen relative to budgets, cost structures, profitability models Some travel Ability to work a flexible and demanding schedule Function productively in multiple work locations MC offers a robust benefits package including:
