Roche Bobois offers the largest range of products in the high-end furniture market mixing the best of new technologies & materials with fine craftsmanship from European workshops.

Roche Bobois is expanding fast, theNorth East American area being now the first market worldwide with a double-digit growth over the last 5 years.
His/ Her role will be to uphold the high-end standards of customer service expected of the Roche Bobois client and the brand.
This role will require a mix of Sales, Customer service, and Administration Support.
Duties will include welcoming clients, assisting them when needed, while also educating them on our product, details about our brand.
In addition to this, merchandising the showroom, maintaining brand standards, and processing the of purchase orders within our workshops is a key responsibility in this role.
An administrative assistant must be able to independently complete a Sale from beginning to end, multitask and be detailed oriented.
He/ She will be benefiting from an intensive period of training on internal administrative procedures, sales techniques, corporate process and Roche Bobois collection knowledge.
The main responsibilities will be:
Administrative tasks:
To work on the administrative reporting (Traffic, leads.
.
) to the US headquarters; To prepare purchase orders and follow up on production process with Roche Bobois factories; To maintain ongoing tracking of every showroom order; To review customer files and the corresponding administrative documents; To maintain general showroom upkeep such as ordering supplies, as well as, handling necessary maintenance.
Merchandising:
To prepare and update the store tagging (Prices, special promotions) under the store manager supervision; To work with suppliers to update samples, as needed To assist the sales staff in updating the merchandising of the showroom, especially when new collections are implemented in the showroom; To assist with bi-yearly inventory; To coordinate logistics and showroom transfers with our New Jersey Distribution center Sales:
To welcome and greet customers, as needed; To discover and comprehend the needs of the client; To use and apply the Roche Bobois selling techniques (5C, 8 Signatures.

); To learn the Roche Bobois collections and be able to present them to our clients; To know and apply Roche Bobois policies and have all key information needed to sell (Quick ship stock references, samples, pricing.

) To follow up with leads in a professional manner; To execute and manage a client Portfolio of about 600K per year.
Requirements:

Full Time; 40 Hours a week; Varied Schedule Must be available to work weekends Showroom Hours Monday- Saturdays 10-6 PM Sundays 12-5 PM
