General Purpose/Summary of Job:
The Cash Management Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, working collaboratively with the Cash Management team to manage daily liquidity, invest excess cash, process electronic bank transfers, prepare daily cash management reporting, and ensuring all payments made by and to the company are processed appropriately.
Primacy Duties and
Responsibilities:
Process electronic payments and provide electronic payment confirmations.
Update and maintain repetitive wire and ACH templates.
Prepare daily cash position to show available cash using controlled disbursement cleared checks and current day activity.
Invest excess cash and redeem investments as needed.
Prepare daily cash activity report.
Prepare daily investment sheet and invested cash by bank schedule.
Review and clear positive pay exceptions daily.
Liaison between Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and the banks.
Back-up VP - Cash Management, Cash Management Associate, and Cash Analyst as needed.

Microsoft Excel proficiency Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and via email Analytical and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and multi-task while still exhibiting good judgment, attention to detail, and poise in a fast-paced environment Education/
Experience:
Experience working as a team in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Prior cash management work experience and experience with bank websites preferred.
