comJob DescriptionThe Employment Brand and Recruitment Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing the company's employer brand strategy.
This includes developing and executing marketing campaigns to attract and retain top talent, as well as managing the company's online presence and social media channels as they relate to employment branding.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employer branding principles and practices, as well as experience in marketing and communications.
Your work will have an immediate impact on our career site, blogs, recruiter enablement, social media posts, and talent marketing campaigns.
Develop and execute the company's employer brand strategy Manage the company's online presence and social media channels as they relate to employment branding Create and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain top talent Partner with internal stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, HR, Business Leaders) to ensure that the employer brand is aligned with the company's culture and values Measure and report on the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives Develop and support the rollout and execution of employee engagement programs both internally and externally.
Office environment, Hybrid role.
Travel:
Some travel up to 40%Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field Min of 5 years of experience in employer branding, marketing, or communications Strong understanding of employer branding principles and practices Experience in developing and executing marketing campaigns Experience in managing social media channels Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team A curious and exceptional writer Have a content strategist mind to see the big picture of content development and production A strong communicator with project management skills An ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
