Responsibilities:
Is responsible for greeting families when the drop off/pick up their children Observes all rules and regulations at Primrose School of Paramus and the local, state or national regulatory agencies pertaining to the health, safety and care of children.
Maintains all student files Assists with licensing Assists in the classrooms on an as needed basis Plans with a member of the Leadership Team all social activities for the school Follows up with inquiries and schedules tours Maintains an attractive, well-kept building that encourages children to create, explore and make decisions with confidence.
Accepts responsibility for maintenance and necessary housekeeping duties of common areas Attends all required staff meetings, workshops and/or school functions.
Maintains overall professional personal appearance adhering to the guidelines offered in the Primrose School of Paramus Employee Handbook Assists in other capacities that Director, or designee, determines is necessary.
Requirements:
One year experience as an Administrative Assistant in a school setting.
Participate in staff and training meetings Commit to continuing education Primrose School of Paramus offers competitive compensation and benefits based on experience, education, and certifications.
