1.
Assist Professional Staff with:
Transfer evaluations Graduation Adding course sections to Ellucian Colleague Assist with the course schedule After Senate approval, create new courses and programs in Ellucian Colleague Assist with communications manager via Ellucian Colleague 2.
Support registration initiatives.
3.
Perform additional tasks or duties as assigned by the Associate Registrar or other designated management.
4.
One late evening required - Wednesdays until 6:
00 pm.
SPECIAL SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Demonstrates understanding of the community college mission and practices and open-door policy.
Has basic proficiency in the use of the Microsoft Office suite.
Exhibits strong skills in:
Communication Customer and Student Focus Building Relationships Organizing Planning Education:
Associate's Degree required Transfer evaluations Graduation Adding course sections to Ellucian Colleague Assist with the course schedule After Senate approval, create new courses and programs in Ellucian Colleague Assist with communications manager via Ellucian Colleague Communication Customer and Student Focus Building Relationships Organizing Planning.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
