Senior Director, Student Access and Transition Services POSITION SUMMARY Downloading documents, classifying, sorting and scanning documents; inputting appropriate codes through Colleague related to student records.
Track progress, initiate student correspondence and updates related to the semester based accommodation needs of students through Colleague.
Update department spreadsheets for student data including but not limited to tracking progress in completing the documentation submission process.
Responsible for the organization and storage of disability related documents.
Assist with coverage needs for the front office such as answering phones, typing or using Microsoft Office Suite, operate office machines, sort and distribute mail.
Communication via email and phone with students, K-12 personnel and families to provide information in response to inquiries about processes, products or services offered through OSS.
Maintains current knowledge of best practices in document management requirements.
Communicates and consults with staff regarding student documentation submitted through the electronic management system.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
