Key
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive and personalized administrative support to the founder, managing a wide array of tasks including calendar management, correspondence, and strategic project assistance.
- Act as the primary liaison between the founder and internal teams as well as external partners, ensuring fluid communication and the maintenance of strong relationships.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, travel, and events, optimizing the founder's schedule to support efficiency and productivity.
- Prepare, edit, and manage sensitive documents and communications, upholding confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of startup projects, embodying the innovative and dynamic spirit of our company.
Qualifications:
- Experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably within a startup or fast-paced growth environment, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to evolving priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a variety of stakeholders, fostering an environment of teamwork and collaboration.
- Proficiency in modern office technology and software, with a quick adaptability to new tools and platforms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred; passion for the startup ecosystem is a must.
