Responsibilities:
Due Diligence:
Conduct comprehensive due diligence reviews on potential real estate acquisitions, including title searches, zoning regulations, environmental assessments, and lease agreements.
Transaction Support:
Assist in the preparation, review, and organization of legal documents related to commercial real estate transactions, such as purchase agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing statements.
Entity Formation and Governance:
Support the legal team in the formation and maintenance of corporate entities, including drafting organizational documents, resolutions, and corporate filings.
Regulatory Compliance:
Monitor changes in laws and regulations affecting commercial real estate investments and assist in ensuring compliance with relevant legal requirements at the federal, state, and local levels.
Contract Management:
Maintain and organize contract databases, track key contract milestones, and facilitate communication between internal stakeholders and external parties.
Legal Research:
Conduct legal research on various corporate and real estate matters, analyze findings, and prepare summaries and memos for review by attorneys.
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the legal team, including calendar management, scheduling meetings, preparing expense reports, and handling correspondence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Legal Studies, or related field.
Paralegal certificate from an accredited institution preferred.

years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate law and/or commercial real estate transactions.
Strong understanding of legal principles related to corporate governance, contracts, and real estate law.
Proficiency in legal research tools and software (e.
g.
, Westlaw, LexisNexis, etc.
).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
