Responsibilities:
- Greet and check-in guests in a friendly and professional manner - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services and amenities - Assist with guest requests, such as room changes or additional amenities - Process guest payments and maintain accurate records of transactions - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member - Perform night audit duties, including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk /Kitchen area - Provide exceptional customer service to ensure guest satisfaction
Experience:
- Previous experience in a front desk at Marriott a Must.
Fosse Knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge of hotel operations and procedures - Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism - Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Note:
