You will work directly with clients on their claims from filing to closure. There is no better feeling than being responsible for a good outcome on a claim and LOIS is the place where we celebrate that! Responsibilities:
Represent client interests at virtual hearings and telephonic depositions Counsel clients on emerging issues in litigated matters Prepare exposure analysis and conduct settlement negotiations Consistently apply firm standards and tactics to achieve client goals Perks:
