Physical Therapist Qualifications
New Jersey Physical Therapist License
Medicare Billing and Documentation Experience
Computer Literacy
Team Player Mentality
Liability Insurance
Current CPR Certification
Ability to wear PPE, including masks, face shields, goggles, gloves, and gowns
Physical Therapist Responsibilities
The Home Care Physical Therapist will provide PT services to older adults within their home/community environment
Assess each patient and develop appropriate rehabilitation goals.
Maintain communication with Coordinator to successfully schedule your patients in a timely manner
Complete notes thoroughly and within a timely manner
Attend company-wide meetings to discuss various company initiatives to continuously improve clinical excellence and patient care.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
