Responsible for supporting the LP/Ops Manager by overseeing all aspects of shipping/receiving of new goods, returning defective/broken goods to original source for claims, processing damaged goods for inventory control and handling pricing discrepancies. Daily processing of online/web orders. Primary duties involve: Processing new merchandise in a timely, organized manner Process and fill online/web orders Ensure all damage/defective goods are claimed within corporate guidelines Process MOS goods for inventory control Communicate with appropriate personnel regarding shipment errors/delays Performs additional tasks as requiredEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
