Senior Technical Product Owner

The Senior Technical Product Owner uses specialized depth and experience to oversee the writing and modifying of complex technical functional requirements for a complex product - these are derived from the business requirements and form the foundation of what the engineers will code/implement in order to achieve business asks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Collaborate with agile teams to build and manage new features and capabilities while delivering desired business impact.
Provide thought leadership to Program Governance activities such as prioritization and negotiating with stakeholders on backlog priorities.
Responsible for owning the technical roadmap and non-functional requirements for product (e.
g.
security, stability, responsiveness).
Work with disparate business groups to optimize business and financial case for how technology will deliver their projects.
Create, evolve and communicate feature area specifications that form cohesive, iterative plans that align to the multi release vision.
Write Definition of Ready user stories and maintain groomed backlog for business stakeholder priorities, and incorporate architectural changes recommended by engineering into user stories.
Work with the business team to document and assist in the designing of wire frames of UI Screens.
Proactively resolve upstream dependencies and resolve conflict effectively across teams.
Provide transparency (progress, status, risks, issues, dependencies, etc.
) into tech product work (features, epics, stories, etc.
) to Technology and Business leadership.
Cultivate strong relationships with business partners.
QUALIFICATIONS Extensive Experience working within the Agile Methodology (Intake support, defining MVPs, story writing).
Experience working on UI projects strongly preferred.
Knowledge of user experience and technical design preferred.
Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry desirable.
Understanding of technical principles of web programming technologies desirable.
Understanding of Java concepts desirable.
Knowledge of JIRA is desirable.
Comfort in interacting with and presenting to all levels of management.
Ability to work cross functionally with other intersecting initiatives across the enterprise.
Passionate member advocate with ability to identify and meet customer needs within agile framework.
High degree of comfort in fast-paced dynamic / ambiguous environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
